Does the job but wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE. When you can't afford anything else. To start we had to bend the rods of the frame with wheels and the frame of the cradle to fit properly so the brace would fit properly through each hole. Second, the ruffles on the sides smell like awful plastic that weathers over time; Luckily our baby isn't born yet so we had time to blow out the couples. The canopy is a beautiful thing, but it would be better if the sides of the canopy were attached to something. Because they are not attached to the clamps, the dome slides over the stem when not fully open. That means if you want your child shaded but still accessible, you'll need to figure out how to keep half the canopy in place. It's true that newborns don't need big, thick mattresses, but we need to replace the 1/2 inch thick piece of foam because it was permanently damaged and dented from being sandwiched between the frames. Also, the wheels don't seem to roll at all. They have "brakes" that I made sure were all unlocked, but the wheels don't slip. Not sure if it will be a problem when my newborn is in it but it still shows poor quality. Once assembled it looks beautiful. It is cute and suitable for a boy or a boy. However, I strongly recommend using a different brand. Dream On Me has a very good brand.
