Seems to help. The spark plugs were replaced with a 2008 Honda Fit Sport. I assume they should be high speed if I don't know what they are made of. You should read the posts about whether or not you should apply an anti-seize to the strands - holy guacamole - no matter what. Pseudoscience, I applied a light dab of anti-seize and tightened to factory specs. Never got off. FWIW I replaced them while I was there and replaced the coils with a Beck/Arnleys kit - 170k miles. I also had to adjust the valves - which despite the usual "dealer service" were ALL out of order.
