I like that we have been able solve some of our problems with this software platform in just 12 hours, from start till end! The support is also great - they are always there if needed (at least for us). There's not much i dislike as such but it would be good maybe get more options when using them remotely or something? We used teamgurus services mostly during project management meetings where all participants could view their tasks at one place without having access only via email etc., which was very useful especially since everyone had different priorities/tasks assigned so being online made things easier than usual conference calls were too long because people kept asking questions about previous ones' work while new issues came up after each session ended.
