Doesn't hold a charge very long.
Quality, design and functionality are very good. But battery life is short and it loses charge when turned off. You just need a big battery, that's all. If you don't mind leaving it plugged in, you'll love it. Update: The support was very good. Only had to turn them off when not in use. Only the remote control turns off the light, but the main switch must also be off.
