You need teeth! Best tools and equipment

Both seem to work and fit well. They're a bit awkward to install and I find it best to press them against one hoop and widen them to the point where they almost touch the second hoop to get them lined up properly. I have a small cordless drill with a 3/4" adapter that I use for stabilizer bushings and it also fits these pads. Luckily I have enough space for a small drill press so installation isn't difficult. is that the pads that come into contact with the tire are smooth. I feel like they need to have a rough surface to really grab the tire. I don't like that you have to build up a lot of pressure between two tires to get good grip. "bite": If the pads had teeth, you wouldn't need as much force to get enough grip and prevent them from rolling away.
