Since there were no reviews for this new fan, I doubted that a 3-blade fan would offer the same airflow as a 5-blade fan, but I did considering other models with positive feedback on this issue, I decided to order. The package arrived securely wrapped in excellent condition and earlier than expected. My husband only installed it with picture instructions as there were no written instructions. I've tried getting help online but no luck with this brand. The air circulation is perfect, the remote control with dimmer and the 3-speed fan control work well. As minimalists, we set out to ditch our clunky/obsolete fan and replace it with a well-made, simple, functional fan. Although made in China, it has been known to comply with California safety laws regarding the use of formaldehyde. The price is comparable to other fans, and with a $10 promotional discount, it's worth buying.
