So I bought these shoes in May because they were on sale and they are the best shoes I have ever owned. I've been wearing these shoes for about 2 years now and on my 5th pair because I love them so much. They are so comfortable and light that I will probably wear them for the rest of my life. The PROBLEM is that when I ordered them I already had the exact same pair in the same color so when they arrived at my house I just put them in the closet until I needed them. Fast forward a month, I go to open them and put them on, and FIRST I realize they're all black (not the ones I ordered), so I was upset at first, but thought, 'They're actually pretty good in black color." BUUUUUUUUUUTTTTTTHTHNNNNNN I RECOGNIZE these were both left hand shoes! I then received an email from them to ask how my service was and email them if there were any issues before writing a negative review. Then I never got any response from them, got stuck on two black left shoes and wrote a bad review about best shoes ever. NOT COOL and I tried not to write a bad review but I never got a response and just lost that money.
