So when I got this chair I noticed during assembly that the bottom bracket could not match all the holes in the bottom of the chair. I figured it was just a manufacturing defect, said the hell with it, and moved on. When I was done, I sat down to roll the chair. nowhere. Now I've been working a new job for a few days and when I tell you my back is killing me it's because of the pressure it puts on my lower back. If you need solid back support then this is fine for you, but it literally hits my back. Overall, I'm disappointed that I spent $300 on this chair. I would rather buy a cheaper chair of the same shape.
