I like how you can customize your digital signs by adding new content or changing existing images/text easily without having to go into the device itself. It's not perfect but it does what it needs to do very well! The support team has been great when we have had questions as they are always quick to answer any question we may have. You can also create custom messages which makes creating unique announcements easy. We use this product at our local business so there isn't much else to say here other than good communication with them and getting things set up correctly will make life easier. Customizing my digital signage system has made my job easier because now I don't need to be in front of each screen all day long.
