Initially, this device seemed very profitable, but during the testing period, small problems immediately arose. (image quality, motion detection lag, failed app). Due to the overall low purchase price and the possibility of storing videos on an SD card instead of a wasteful subscription, I would still like to deal with the device. BUT. The final straw was.. After testing for an hour and then drilling holes to install it on my door, I turned off my internal chime to ensure proper power supply. The doorbell/app refused to connect to the wifi which was literally 6ft from the test site. There is a device that claims it cannot be used in this location. Should I wait for the company to send me a replacement now, or do I give up completely and pack this thing up? #Decisions
