The controlled release is amazing. I slept fine without it, but after 4 hours I struggled to stay awake. This version lets me sleep through the night. Life changes! Once I found the dosage that worked for me, I no longer felt overwhelmed in the morning. I tried 5mg and figured the more the merrier. But not for melatonin.
