I am very happy with this product, have been using it for a few years now. To be honest 3mg is too much for me so I usually use 1/3 to 1/2 of a tablet. It always makes me fall asleep very quickly after taking it.

Maybe it's me and not you, but this thing makes me wake up in a cold sweat. I tried it a couple of nights but didn't like how I was reacting so I gave up and started using something stronger (from Doc's recipe). He let me fall asleep but he couldn't hold me like that. Some people swear by it, but unfortunately melatonin just isn't for me.

I like them. good price too. I tried timed release but it seemed less efficient. Obviously I need a higher dose early in my sleep.

The controlled release is amazing. I slept fine without it, but after 4 hours I struggled to stay awake. This version lets me sleep through the night. Life changes! Once I found the dosage that worked for me, I no longer felt overwhelmed in the morning. I tried 5mg and figured the more the merrier. But not for melatonin.

Several of my grandchildren use melatonin to help them sleep so I decided to give it a try. While this works for grandkids, it hasn't helped me at all as far as I can tell.

Better than drugstore price, doesn't expire until next year and comes in a vacuum sealed package at the top if the vitamin needs to be sealed so you know it hasn't been tampered with. The vitamin does its job.

Great product, great price. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because these pills seem a little harder to swallow. The shape is much "shorter" than conventional tablets. I thought I was the only one with this problem but I realized when my mother also complained that after taking it 2 nights in a row she woke up with heartburn.
