3 days ago, after half a year of using this column, it just stopped working when used with a computer and disappeared from my speaker list. It was still on but making no noise. It was plugged into a USB charger at the time, but fully charged. I've checked that the volume on the speaker, my computer, and the video I'm watching are all set to 100%. I turned off the Senso speaker and plugged in another working speaker. I tried turning this Senso speaker on every day for 3 days to see if it worked, but it didn't work and still didn't show up in my speaker list. However today I went through the information to call the dealer but before I called I decided to give it another try. It worked! And he magically reappeared on my speaker list. I kept it on all day and used it successfully several times. Can anyone tell me what happened, what caused it to stop working and why it started again? I'm afraid it won't work again.
