At the end of a long day I like to relax in a warm bath. Often my work can be physically demanding, which often leads to muscle pain. These salts are perfect for that! They are specially formulated with essential oils and other ingredients to help relieve joint pain. They also create a great scent and even add a pop of color. Salts dissolve well and the effects last 30 minutes to 1 hour of the bath - how wonderful! I get at least two baths from each pouch which makes it even more beneficial for me. I have used several other Kniepp products and they are all high quality, well made and definitely worth the money! I highly recommend this sampler pack - it's a great way to decide which ones you like best and which ones work well for you, and I really love them all. I would definitely buy again.
