I was afraid the pans would be thin. .
I was afraid that the pots would be wobbly. To my surprise, they don't exist at all. I baked a 10 inch cheesecake as soon as I received it and served it on Thanksgiving. The pans worked well and they came off the floor with no problems. I leave my cheesecake for a spectacular debut.
