Our dog ate the remote control for our outdoor hunting fan. This Casablanca remote control looks the same except it says Casablanca. It took us a while to link it as there are no instructions, but if you're having this problem, here's how to do it. Turn off the switch, wait 5 seconds, turn on the switch, insert the batteries and just press the pairing button on the back once. DO NOT PUSH AND HOLD. It should connect automatically. I spent so much time squeezing and holding it and almost gave up.
