The print on it is dense and looks very nice from a distance, smooth on the mouse etc. MATERIAL - Extremely THIN, I paid $3 for a Star Trek mousepad with Enterprise on it, it has thick rubber on the bottom and is about 3 times thicker than this Star Wars mousepad. I would say the glass panel in my home window is 3~4 times thicker than this mouse pad, giving you a better experience. I doubt this mouse pad will last 1 year and I'm sure it will fall apart within 2 years due to the temperature fluctuations in NEW ENGLAND (hot summer, cold winter, sunlight on the table and drafts from old windows in the house). My first Star Trek mouse pad is 15 years old and faded but still intact and still looking STONES STRONG. I don't want STAR WARS printed on it.
