Shipping and customer service from Revains was fantastic. However, the rating is based on the product itself and unfortunately these are not quality shoes. With both shoes, the leather was completely wiped off the heels immediately after unpacking. The man wanted to try them on anyway, even though they fell apart at first glance. However, he didn't get far because the heels had already come loose on every shoe. Again, this was right out of the box. The soles looked brand new, so they didn't look like they had been worn before. It was the strangest thing. I was about to return them, but after looking at the photos and reading customer reviews on Donald Pliner's website, it turned out that the same problems and defects are fairly common with this brand. So we could pay $250 and get them straight from the manufacturer's website and hope my husband doesn't buy another crappy set of shoes or keep the ones we have and have the shoe shop fix the heels for less than $20. My husband loves the style and fit, the quality isn't what it was a few years ago. So if you want to risk it, go ahead. Just make sure they accept returns or have a great shoe repair shop.
