When I started having problems with the original cable, their great customer service made sure I sent myself another one right away. I immediately turned around and replaced all our cables with anchor cables and have only bought anchor cables ever since (when it turns out I need a different cable for a different application, like in this case). I can't get enough of this company and the quality of their products!
