I had high hopes for this strap to take my phone with me while running. It felt great at first, but after a mile or so it started bouncing and eventually the bag started spinning. I figured I just wasn't tight enough. I tightened the strap and next run same thing, after about a mile or so it started jumping and got worse as I ran. No matter how I tighten the belt, it always starts to jump in the middle of my run. Also, after just a few uses, the elastic near the pocket on each side looked damaged. I suspect the belt will work for someone who uses it for walking but definitely not for running.
