Assemble the vehicle according to the instructions. Put an SWR meter on it, because it wasn't better than 3:1 at any frequency, no matter how far we turned the tuning screw. Yes we made sure the SWR meter is good and we tested it with another one and the results are the same. Also, the US VHF ham radio band will not be tuned out. Frequencies range from 144MHz to 148MHz, so it's useless to a radio amateur. Removing it was also a big pain. Apparently the only good thing here is the glue. Will ask for a refund.
