I like that it's easy to use, gives me access to my information at any time of day or night which is very helpful for someone who works full-time hours! It sometimes glitches out but not all too often so you can't really complain about this part as much either.

This service has helped our organization in many ways including hiring new employees & retaining current ones! We've been able to provide great benefits through their platform by offering perks such as 401ks / profit sharing programs etc while allowing us flexibility with payroll systems (we are self managed).
