The platform helps us to connect with our customers quickly even when they are not at their desk or office! This feature has helped me communicate more effectively for my daily work activities. Sometimes I have issues connecting but it does get fixed quite fast if you follow up immediately after submitting your ticket request. It's free which makes this an amazing product compared other services out there like Slack where we pay monthly fees just so someone else gets benefits from using them instead of paying ourselves!! We use bit 6 mainly because its easy access via mobile phones unlike Skype/Whatsapp etc., Also since most people nowadays prefer texting over calling (or vice versa) than making calls directly through landlines; hence having text chat option available really gives ease while communicating within teams internally too.
