Review on 🔧 Dorman 674-159: High-quality Driver Side Exhaust Manifold Kit for Chevrolet/GMC Models, in Sleek Black by Johnny Black

I read some bad reviews about this product and thought maybe it was a percent of production. I was so wrong I have purchased many other Dorman products and have never had any issues with fit or functionality. One of the things the listing doesn't say is that the factory spark plug wire heat shields don't match or even come close. I know a lot of people take them off sometimes anyway. I've done it myself maybe a few times. Then I noticed that the caps on the connector wires were only a quarter inch from the distributor. I called Dorman direct and they told me I don't need heat shields due to the manifold material but a quarter inch is too tight. Then he told me that if the crap they sent me didn't work for my app the only thing I could do was return it to where I got it from. I bought this for my full size 1982 C30 with a 454. I'm completely frustrated and now I have to figure out what I'm going to do to get back to my normal job. I bought this product so there would be no downtime for not adding it.
