I wanted to install Bluetooth on my Evga X99 Classified Desktop motherboard. To verify the correct type I made the mistake of removing my 9560ngw laptop and trying it in an M.2 slot on an old Evga board. It didn't recognize the card and I got a blue screen so I put it back into the laptop. After that the laptop wouldn't boot and got hot! It booted without it but I thought I fried the laptop motherboard. I bought this card which matches the original laptop card number and it saved my laptop! Plus it was a great price and fast delivery. The bottom line is that just because a card fits doesn't mean it works. I've found that there are many different types of M.2 Wi-Fi slots and cards. The Evga documentation didn't help to figure out which card works on their motherboard. I finally bought a Bluetooth dongle that fits into one of the USB ports on the Evga motherboard. Problem solved.
