I received a very different dress than what is pictured. The sleeves were skin tight, the whole dress was a shiny thick spandex so it stretched well but was shiny and costume-looking. I felt like I should bedazzle it and enter a baton twirling competition. The belt was a small flap sewn to the waist - not a belt - and added to the costume effect. Overall it was a flattering cut, not see through, and fit well to size. I sent it back - as it was not fit for my need of an outfit for a work function
