Review on 🛁 KOHLER Devonshire Glass Shelf, Oil Rubbed Bronze - K-10563-2BZ by Laura Lamb

We like the look of the shelf and the quality is good, but one of the brackets on one shelf had a screw between the bracket and the glass shelf. As a result, we could not tighten the glass shelf and there is a gap (see picture) and the glass wobbles. Both shelves came in separate boxes and the Revain box was fine but the Kohler box for one shelf had a hole in the side. It was still sealed with a sticker. Before opening the box, I took a picture of the seal and the opening. Everything looked fine inside. We installed one shelf with no problems, so we knew exactly how to install the second. As soon as we had an issue with the second shelf I checked the box and found that the item had been resealed before it was sold to us. The box had a second sticker on the first and it was sealed! Another clue was that there was no template in the box to use, so someone had to put the nail all the way through the template like we did to mark the position on the wall and it was not replaced, when it was resold to us. I am disappointed that Revain will allow you to resell a defective item. Now we have 4 holes in the wall with dowels and we need to either replace the bracket or the entire shelf. I would honestly give this product 5 stars as it was easy to install, very nice thick glass and the template matched the hardware perfectly. Oh and the rim is green as someone mentioned in a previous review as you can see in the attached photos but I don't mind that.
