Review on Sylvania 40808: High-efficiency Temperature Control at your Fingertips by Damien Holland

Not sure if there is a 100w 13w 1600 lumens (soft white) equivalent to this product but I have a 15w. I was looking for a very specific 13w -Bulb to get the maximum brightness out of a fixture that limits the power to 13W per bulb. I thought it would be perfect but now I'm disappointed. In addition, one of the light bulbs was damaged. One of the threads was broken and would not turn on. I was able to get a $15 loan from Revain out of the $30 I spent on it, so I'll try to use it elsewhere.
