Review on Tihoo by Wayne Burkett

When I needed certain things in the past, I chose to give Tihoo Company a chance. Unfortunately, my encounter with their internet store fell short of my expectations. They claim to offer exceptional customer service, however I felt their communication was inadequate. I repeatedly tried to get in touch with their customer service department because I had some inquiries about their items but got no answer. When I did eventually get a response, it was unspecific and did not address my issues. Even worse, there were other hassles involved in the purchasing procedure. The website was complex and challenging to use, and the checkout procedure was lengthy. When my things did finally come, they were of low quality and did not match the website's description. Overall, I was quite dissatisfied with the Tihoo Company. Their terrible customer service and subpar goods made for a frustrating and disappointing shopping experience. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone looking for dependable items and top-notch customer support.
