The device is made entirely of plastic, which may pose a durability issue. I think as long as it doesn't fall over, it's fine. The top of the case can be opened, making it easier to install the HD. However, you need to install four screws on the bottom of the case to attach the HD. Screws and screwdriver included. The only real complaint I have is that the power/activity lights are on the top rear of the case. So if it's in a somewhat hidden spot, you won't be able to easily see the lights. Of course, there are no demonstration stoppers, but it would be more convenient if they were in front. With all that has been said, it works fine.
