This genuine ACDelco replacement ignition coil is great. The ACDelco Professional Series line is bulletproof and reliable. I needed a replacement for my 95 LT1 engine. It was a lot cheaper than at the dealer. It took about 30 minutes to install in the car. You need to drill out the rivets on the old coil and reuse the bracket. The reel comes with new nuts and bolts to attach the bracket to the reel, eliminating the need to fiddle with rivets. My LT1 had play at full load through the inlet. Spark plugs, cables and distributor checked. I could not find the reason for the misfire. Then he removed the wire leading from the coil to the distributor. It was so badly rusted and white I couldn't even see the metal. I replaced the coil and distributor with a coil of spark plug wire and now my engine runs great. No setback. Save hundreds at dealer.
