We have been working with them for almost 2 years now, they really know how to put their best foot forward when it comes time that we're looking at marketing plans or creating new ones from scratch - They work hard (sometimes long hours), always thinking outside of what's expected/normal but sometimes there are hiccups along our journey as clients which can make us feel like 'dumb ducks'. But these moments pass quickly & things go back into action mode again! I think this is one area where i dislike most about other providers who also offer services related too e-marketing solutions suchas media buying etc., Their attention span towards my queries often leaves me feeling shortchanged because after talking over an issue once its resolved without giving much effort by answering questions later that day! The amount paid was appropriate considering all factors involved including quality service delivered throughout duration till date.- The support team is amazing, always willing to answer any questions we have! They can also be contacted through chat at all hours of day or night which has been very helpful when I am working from home with my child around during school time!! Would love for there not to drop off as they seem like such an awesome organization who care about their customers. Have had nothing but good experiences so far. ! Don't hesitate if you are interested this could just save your business tons. !!
