Review on 🍹 Vitamix A3300 Ascent Series Smart Blender: Professional-Grade with 64 oz. Low-Profile Container in Black by Skyy Strickland

Blender UI is difficult to use due to the touchpad. The entire base unit died after 5 months. The container is difficult to clean due to cracks and plastic. Additional separate blocks are also difficult to use as the magnet seal will not engage until fully tightened. And for the price, the device should come with preset settings. I wouldn't write a review, but the warranty process is nonsense. They are slow to respond, after 2 weeks they don't ship it first and instead want the unit and case sent in for repair. How the hell do you send it back without a box and materials? Spend more money? If I could still come back for a refund I certainly would. I will never buy Vitamix again.
