Review on Complete Sushi Making Kit with Upgrades by Tim Airy

I received the last set which only came in 3 different shapes so it was nice to have multiple shapes and to produce sizes. As you can see from the picture I chose a very small one to prepare some sushi rolls for you to enjoy tonight. While the slits make it easy to cut the sushi roll into evenly sized pieces, I would only recommend using a sharp serrated knife, which I didn't have but came out decent. I think one should dampen the nori sushi paper as well and use wet hands as well. Cons: After a few days of use it's just a good idea to wash your hands quickly because if you soak like I did, water will seep into the cavities of the kit parts. . That's a whole series of questions.
