Bought this product to replace a 1987 stove in our motor home. I'm very surprised that there are so few competitors, so I had to settle for this model. Received in good condition. Still surprised at how cheap and very old fashioned this product was to assemble, I quickly noticed that some parts were misaligned (see photos). The evaluation revealed poor assembly as the device was not screwed into the correct hole, resulting in misalignment. After fixing this error, I decided to try starting the fan and see if everything works fine before installing the device. A good decision, because it turned out that the fan scratches part of the structure and makes a lot of noise. I ended up taking the entire unit apart and it turned out that a combination of "tolerance stacking" and poor assembly caused the fan to scratch the round metal plate around the fan. In any case. 3 hours later and a big disappointment with the quality of the product, now it works. Result. High price, low quality, outdated design and 1980's materials. If anyone is interested in opening up a new market and developing a new product, please contact me. I would be happy to help develop something more enjoyable.
