I used an ash blonde (taupe) which is actually a regular dark grey, not a blonde. For me it was light enough but too ashy. So I went for a warm blonde (brown) but it's much darker. In fact, it shouldn't be called blonde at all, since it's actually a normal brown (lighter than a brunette, but still brown). They really need more shades in this line like light ash blonde, light warm blonde and chestnut. I noticed that they've finally added more shades to some of their other products, so hopefully they'll do the same with this one soon.
