The size n shape looked good online. I read the reviews and decided on the Large/Navy. Nice fabric but too loose for me. Came back same day and ordered a Medium/Navy. The fit was better, same material as color. I've worn it a few times and here's the problem I'm having: The mid rise is better but the suit is still a bit loose and I don't feel it fits as a material issue. I don't need the Speedo fit but would like more stretch in this suit. I don't like wearing an athletic bandage when I swim and I just wish this suit had better support. It feels good, looks good and for the price I'll leave it. Mainly use it to soak up the sun by the pool. But if I went back to Zuma Beach instead of to the pool in Austin. I would buy something else. I'm 6ft, 160#, athletic build and would follow these guidelines would recommend this.
