The panel itself is fine. she is fine I find it strange that the screws that come with these plates are not the same size as the Navepoint stands. I ordered several Navepoint wall studs and the screws that come with those end caps are smaller. If you look at the descriptions of both, you will see that the panels have a 10-32 screw and the rack uses a 12-24 screw. It's just weird to me that when you buy a line of products, everything should just work.
