Do the math first. There are a lot of pre-made kits on the market. And a lot of things can go wrong. The best thing about ordering just the parts is that YOU can decide how it's going to look when completed. Installed in and under upper cabinets they are the new night light for the house. If using the pre-made fitting, watch the +and-. If soldering or outside, use clear shrink tube. Also, put shrink tube on any outdoor splicing. For a power supply, divide your power requirements by 3 then multiply by 4, EG: If you need 15 amps/ 180 watts, buy one rated at 20a/240w.
