If you break them a little, they're just great. I have small wrists (for a man) and they fit perfectly. I have black and brown and silver is on the way. I'm taking off a star because they have sharp edges during the break-in period that can cut into the skin. I found that light, soft sanding with high grit sandpaper along the sharp edges helped a lot.
