UPDATE: The seller contacted me, apologized and changed the size in the description from 5" to 4". Big! So if you want 4 inch pans this is high quality. I hope one day they make a 5 inch deep pan because I want to make mini fruit tarts and they need a top and bottom crust and these smaller 4 inch pans don't have room for two crusts plus a filling. But for small desserts they are of good quality. Thank you to the company for responding to the issue and fixing the issue. ORIGINAL REVIEW: These cake pans are not 5 inches. As you can see in the photo, the bowl is just over 4 inches in diameter. They are also very shallow, only an inch deep. In the photos, I'm comparing them to 5" foil pans. I bought these to replace aluminum foil baking sheets because foil baking sheets leave a flavor trail. On the plus side, these baking sheets leave no flavor trail. And they bake cleanly and evenly, and the cake didn't come out sticky. However, they hold about a half cup of filling and that's it. If the measurements were correct I'd give that five stars. But they're not 5" pans.
