Review on StartVision Rechargeable Waterproof Continuously Security by Chris Laznovsky

I want to find a reliable solar panel for my outdoor cameras. This is the third one I've tried and works the best so far, but my cameras are acting strangely. The same goes for the two cameras I tried it on. In the dark, the camera shows the current battery status as expected. When it's bright but the sun isn't shining directly on the solar panel, the camera shows the battery as 100% but doesn't show that it's charging. When the sun shines directly on the panel, the camera shows its current charge and what is being charged. I understand that the panel may not put out enough power in indirect light, but I have never seen the camera go from 40% charged, to 100% charged and not charged, to 40% charged and now charged within half an hour becomes. However, the device is very good, with a good mount, good long cable, etc. *seems* to keep my cameras charged, but time will show strange behavior.
