For the k8ckpad fit with Molle loops is fantastic. I will say it works a bit. This worked for me when driving a Kia Soul. If you drive a larger car you'll need something longer, a good 12 inches and maybe a little wider, although that's my preference. As a rideshare rider this works fantastic and gives me all the flexibility of the molle system and the large pockets covered with large strips of heavy duty velcro do not interfere with the functioning of the molle system, it keeps its shape even under weight. Highly recommended.
