My 10 year old loves these sneakers. They run cross-country, making them durable enough for your outdoor play and comfortable enough for your gym workouts. Most other shoes fall apart quickly as we typically use 1 pair of sneakers until they outgrow or wear out. She usually wears down jackets before she outgrows them, but I'm sure she outgrows his pair first.
