Doesn't clear the oil service reminder and the tech support is terrible.
Purchased only to reset my service reminders on a 2018 Porsche Panamera S - it cannot be reset. After going through all the steps, it says the connection failed. Contacting tech support takes weeks with no response (although they sent me 1 update to install; it still didn't work). Tech support seems to be bugging me since the first update which was 3 weeks ago.
