I've never been disappointed by their service. Be prepared for them to dig into all aspects of your business. It's not just limited to PR. They can help with marketing, social media, website design/development. It's a great team to work with! If you want a well balanced agency that covers everything, they are it. Their services are affordable and worth every penny. Not much, in fact no complaints at all.
