Review on ⚡ 12vDC Static Grass Applicator with Negative Ion Generator by Eric Glup

If I review customer service it would be 5 stars. But I'm not like I got my first one and it ran 3 power supplies to boot them back up then the unit died. I ran it on a 9V battery but it sparked on the negative terminal before eventually dying completely. I contacted the seller and he was very nice and said he had to contact his manufacturer. After a few months of very pleasant communication, he sent me a new device but said not to plug it in until he got a reply from the manufacturer. So now I have a device that I can't use for fear of breaking it, and I haven't heard from it in weeks.
