We have a porch that is only lit by daylight from two sides and only gets direct sunlight for a short part of the day and is in shade the rest of the time, making it difficult for our security cameras to capture detail. people who come to the door. This light has literally changed the way we look at things! We built it into the downlight that comes with all cookie cutters these days. I was hoping it would stick out a bit to spread the light and it's not much, but it sure makes a big difference! I wish I had ordered this for our house a year ago! We have daylight, not warm light, and I'm glad of that. This is a very pure white light. It's a little weird to us that the light from the bathroom spare window looks like sunlight at night. but it's not so bright as to disturb the neighbors, so we're grateful. We will be ordering more to use outside lights in the garage.
