I really liked their user interface very much! It's easy-to learn and it doesn't take too long - even if you're new in this job domain like myself (first time). You get pretty well all useful features as your competitors do. But my favorite is 'the dashboard' which brings the best insights into action! We've made quite some good discoveries after we first deployed our solution. The most crucial one was a decrease in cost by about 25%. On top there were no more surprises but just what we had expected from beginning. For sure the integration took us quite little longer than anticipated so be patient during implementation phase. And think twice before going live because sometimes things don´t go according planer to start out with. Before implementing an MCC system or trying another company/product make at least two implementations beforehand to have a rough estimation of how many hours will need until getting your hands on those numbers. Our biggest benefit has been realizing where exactly are bottlenecks exist. Also the employees I like the ability to create a dashboard for my team. It is very easy to add new widgets and customize existing ones. They have a lot of different types of data points but not all companies need every one of them. If you are looking for a single solution for many needs then this might be your choice. We used it for our employees in order to track their work hours. It was also great for providing feedback to our managers on how each employee performed during the week.
