Works great, solid connection but cable is too stiff

Works great, connection is good and firm, clear image quality but cable is thick and too stiff, and I'm afraid it will stress and damage the Mini HDMI connector on my DCHDMI Modded Dreamcast. The cable is not bad quality, just too stiff for my device, maybe other devices with solid mini HDMI connectors are ok with this cable.
